Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using pyqhub.co.in (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

PYQHub is an independent, student-run platform that organizes and shares previous year question papers, handwritten notes, and syllabus material relevant to Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak. PYQHub is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by MDU.

2. Use of the Site

The Site is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial, educational use. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload or submit content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site's admin systems or any account that is not your own.
• Scrape, mass-download, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without permission.
• Interfere with the Site's operation, including through malware, spam, or automated abuse.

3. Content Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep previous year papers, notes, and syllabus material accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or that any document reflects the current official syllabus or exam pattern. Always verify important academic information against official MDU sources before relying on it.

4. Intellectual Property

Question papers, syllabi, and similar academic materials shared on the Site are made available for personal study and reference purposes. If you believe any content on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us via the Contact Us page with details of the material and your claim, and we will review and address it promptly, including removal where appropriate.

5. User-Submitted Content

If you submit a review, message, or other content through the Site, you grant PYQHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content on the Site. We reserve the right to remove or edit any submitted content at our discretion, including reviews we consider spam, abusive, or fake.

6. Advertising

The Site displays advertisements served through Google AdSense to help cover hosting and operating costs. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising cookies are used.

7. No Warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
